Asset1 is an active participant in the Australian property industry. The Directors of Asset1 have extensive past and current experience in the development of new residential housing in Australia that had its beginnings in the mid-1970s. Through their current and past associated companies, the Directors of Asset1 have constructed new residential homes in the capacity of both builder and developer, which has given rise to the development of thousands of new homes and units in Australia and throughout South East Asia.

Company Credentials
Testament to their broad skill and as a part of their wide range of interests, the Directors of Asset1 have completed many significant developments in and around Melbourne’s city business district. Some of their activities have included the transformation of Melbourne icons into benchmark modern residential and commercial addresses, as well as serviced apartments/ hotel complexes. One of their most recent acquisitions has been the purchase of the Melbourne icon, World Trade Centre Complex.
